Do you offer a warranty?
A minimum 5 year warranty is offered with every purchase with an additional charge to upgrade to an extended warranty. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, all warranties cover any and all defects or manufacturer errors. This includes repair or replacement or the product with no additional costs.
How do I install it?
Installation is quick and easy! However, if the startup guide (provided when purchasing the item) isn’t easy for you to follow, our team has made tutorials on our Instagram page to help. Furthermore, if you still find yourself stuck, you can always reach out to us for further assistance.
How is your company helping the environment?
We use 100% recycled plastic in the manufacturing of the plastic casing around our electronics. Also, we try as much as we can to use recycled electronics from old screens. However, since these are much less accessible than recycled plastic we sometimes have to resort to creating our screen from non-recycled electronic parts.
How much does it cost?
The cost for the basic screen (without the camera) is $99. For the premium version that includes both the screen and the outside view camera, the cost is $149.
How does the screen work?
Every screen is mounted to the window with a camera between the screen and the window. You are able to display any picture you want or choose from the library provided in the picture library. The camera is used to display the live images of the view outside for people who want to have an outside view.
What materials are your products made of?
The frame is made up of Aluminum 1100 with carbon fibre fittings completed with plastic casing.
How good is the screen quality?
The display is a very important feature of our product, for that reason we have partnered with Samsung to provide exceptional quality. Our screens are 4k HDR and range in sizes.
Do you provide software updates?
You are not only purchasing a screen you are purchasing a service. Our devices are linked via the internet and connected to our servers. Our software department will release updates to improve the functionality and efficiency of the product.

How fast will I receive the product?
We offer 1-2 business day express shipping for North-American customers, but we also offer shipping internationally that takes 5-7 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Express shipping is an extra $12.00 CAD while standard national shipping is free. We also offer international shipping which is an extra $5.00 CAD.
My package has not arrived yet, what can I do?
